LEARNING 1:
Users often need to spend a lot of time looking at travel guides and making travel plans. They want to save time and be more convenient.
Users are willing to try travel planning apps, but the planning process of some apps is too complicated, and users want to be simpler.
LEARNING 2:
There is no platform to make travel plans with friends in real-time. They hope to make and discuss itineraries with friends in real time, such as share useful travel guides, edit itinerary by using the travel planning application.
LEARNING 3:
People like to refer to other people's travel experiences and publish their own travel photos or experiences, but everyone uses different platforms.
LEARNING 4:
When traveling, they often encounter situations where there is no network signal, which prevents them from viewing travel information.

You can create customized travel itineraries based on your travel dates, budget, interests, and even the number of people in your travel group.
You can share the travel itinerary with your friends, or invite your partners（tripmate) to participate in the itinerary from this app.
Share your own travel experiences with others, you’ll see other users’ travel stories, all offering ideas and inspiration.
Through this case study, I learned how to ask users' questions step by step, so that they can give me more suggestions and thoughts. this is very important. At the same time, we summarize the most frequently encountered problems, the most common problems, and the relatively rare problems through the answers of the users interviewed. What questions are about the feel of the interface, some are about information collection, and some are technical issues. Some problems can be solved quickly, and some problems need to be solved step by step over a long period of time. This is all the experience I learned in the user interview in this project.
